Who This Is For
Recognition
You are a founder or CEO somewhere between 38 and 58.Your company is doing real revenue, somewhere between $5M and $200M. The decisions you make carry genuine weight. And there is no army of advisors insulating you from the hard calls. You are not someone who is struggling. You are someone who is succeeding. And that success has created a specific, largely unspoken problem:
- The people around you need you to have the answers. Your team looks to you for certainty. Your investors expect confidence. Your family sees someone who can handle anything. And so you have become very good at projecting strength while quietly carrying a level of uncertainty that has no safe outlet.
- You are intelligent enough to know you have blind spots. You are self-aware enough to sense when your own thinking is getting in the way. But you have nobody who is both safe and qualified to tell you the truth without consequence.
- You may be in YPO, EO, or Vistage. You find it valuable and insufficient at the same time. The most sensitive issues, the ones that actually keep you up, are not the ones you bring to the table there.
- You have tried a coach before and found it too soft. Too much reflection, not enough substance. You have a mentor who is well-meaning and slightly out of touch with the current reality of your situation. You have tried confiding in a peer and found that it either got out or created awkwardness.
- You have quietly outgrown everyone around you, and you are finally ready to admit, to yourself, privately, that having one completely trusted outside voice would change everything.
